As Mammography Tracking Coordinator will perform all mammography tracking functions for ALL of our mammography sites in Nassau County. In this role the Mammography Tracker will be generating, tracking, and mailing patient result letters, following up on undeliverable addresses, retrieves and enters pathology reports/information, maintains, and corrects all necessary BiRad patient letters into our mammography tracking system in -EPIC.
This position is full time37.5 hours per week, Monday Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hoursof 8:00 am 4:00 pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.Our office is located at 1 DAKOTA DR Suite 215 Lake Success NY 11042.
We offer 3-4 weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of training will be aligned with your schedule.
Primary Responsibilities:

- Utilizes the Mammo Epic Dashboard to enter Pathology reports and pathology results in patients charts and into our tracking system.

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Must be 18 or older.
- 2+ years of customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience in a medical environment preferred with at least basic knowledge of healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of computers/ mammography tracking programs.
- Knowledge of breast pathology.
New York Residence only. The hourly range for this is $16.54 - $32.55 per hour.
