This role will be responsible for executing a series of operational related tasks primarily to ensure all tools, systems, processes, and data are available for the 500+ field sales representatives (associates and broker partners). \t
When all is operating as expected, this role is responsible for answering any questions the 500+ field sale associates may have on the coverage topics, training on proper usage and ensure the integrity of the action is aligned with the client's best practices.\t
Multiple Sales Infrastructure Analysts work as a team to cover off on areas of responsibilities. Each analyst is expected to be the primary expert in one or more of these areas, and backup for all others. This expectation of stepping in as primary when called upon, requires that the individual Sales Infrastructure Analyst has an advance understanding for these areas:\t

Stability and accuracy of sales reporting systems\t\t
Fed Ex vendor relationship\t\t
Archway day-to-day vendor relationship\t\t
Sales communications\t\t
Trade Promotion Management system operations\t\t
Trade deduction management\t\t
Indirect Volume Reconciliation\t\t
Master data accuracy\t\t
Sales SharePoint site development and support\t

At any given moment, multiple times a week on average, a troubleshooting ticket will be created by one of the 500+ field sales users. When this occurs, the Sales Infrastructure Analyst will be responsible for:\t

Contacting the associate raising the ticket to ensure all facts are known to assume ownership of the next steps or resolution.\t\t
Determine next best action depending on the cause of the request and the overall business impact.\t\t
Escalate/Transfer the concern to the appropriate team, when applicable\t\t
Own the communication of the issue resolution progress to the Sales Infrastructure Manager, teammates and requesting broker/associate.\t\t
Partner with the appropriate cross functional partner for a speedy issue resolution, aligned with the business impact.\t\t
Train the requester why the request is not valid, or working as expected, when applicable\t\t
Utilizing the gained expertise through day-to-day execution and issue resolution, the Sales Infrastructure Analyst will be expected to bring forth ideas of continuous improvement. This is both functional and technical improvements.\t
