Pay: $22-25/hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Work Environment: Fully Onsite (Must be local to Laguna Hills, CA)

Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and organized Recruitment Specialist to join a great company in Laguna Hills, CA. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position, offering an excellent opportunity to support the HR team in various recruitment and HR projects. Key Responsibilities- Scheduling Interviews: Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and efficient interview process.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screening of applicants to assess qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and integration into the company.
- Offer Submission: Prepare and submit offer letters to selected candidates, ensuring all terms are communicated clearly and accurately.
- HR Project Support: Assist the HR team with various projects, including talent acquisition strategies, employee engagement initiatives, and compliance efforts.
- Communication: Maintain effective and professional communication with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities in the HRIS.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment and hiring activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications- Experience: Previous experience in recruitment or HR roles, including interview scheduling, candidate screening, onboarding, and offer submission.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and team members.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, especially in managing candidate information and documentation.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with the HR team and other departments.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using HRIS and recruitment software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Local Presence: Must be local to Laguna Hills, CA, and able to work fully onsite.
