Responsibilities
- Review and enter PO and non-PO invoices into the ERP system.
- Document employee expenses in ERP.
- Own relationships with accounts receivable contacts at all Walker Evans vendors
- Sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Provide support for vendor onboarding – collect, validate, and enter information into banking database, setup/maintain vendor master files in ERP.
- Generate and post weekly payments.
- Responsible for follow up, research and resolution of payment problems.
- Process payment voids and reissuances as needed.
- Reconcile bank account statements against general ledger
- Provide support for Month End Close process.
- Maintains files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy.
- Perform miscellaneous projects as assigned by Supervisor.
Experience & Skills.
- 2-5 years of Accounts Payable or Accounting/Finance related experience
- Experience with Microsoft Business Central Preferred
- Experience with Excel (pivot tables, Vlookups, sorting and filtering, etc).
- Customer Service experience preferred.
- Proven experience with problem solving and demonstration of critical thinking.
- Successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with previous experience supporting cross- functional teams.
The pay range for this position is $25/hr to $30/hr. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
