Boeing Customer Support Information Technology (IT) team is currently looking for a SeniorSalesforce Developer to join their team in Seal Beach, CA, and Plano TX.

The candidates will be part of the airline Customer Support development team supporting BCS (Boeing Communication System). The BCS application is built on Salesforce PaaS/SaaS.

Position Responsibilities:

• Participates in the scrum development team
• Engages with Salesforce Team and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design options and implement solutions that are efficient, scalable, and meet the acceptance criteria leveraging the Salesforce platform using Salesforce best practices
• Collaborates with our internal technology and business partners to configure and enhance application integrations with Salesforce
• Works with Salesforce Team and key stakeholders to develop and enforce effective data management policies
• Produces technical specification and design documentation as required
• Develops software verification plans, test procedures, and unit/integration test cases to achieve 85% test coverage

This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

• 3+ years of experience on Salesforce Lightning Platform designing and developing solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Experience Cloud using Salesforce Best Practices and Standards
• 3+ years of experience using both programmatic (Apex, VF Pages, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, etc.) and declarative (process builder, flows, data security, validations, etc.) tools.
• Experience defining, implementing data sharing model (custom sharing and sharing calculations)
• Experience integrating with other platforms/systems using Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP)/Representational State Transfer (REST)/Platform Event based architecture.
• Experience with asynchronous apex (Queueable Apex, Scheduled Apex, Batch Apex, Future Methods)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification
• Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification
• Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification
• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
• Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant
• Experience or knowledge with MuleSoft development.  Creating APIs and variety of Admin tasks within MuleSoft.

Typical Education/Experience:

Typically, 9 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

This position does not offer relocation.  Candidates must live in the immediate area.

Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $121,550 - $164,450
