Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for the Park guests in accordance with company, local, and federal guidelines.
Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables and other tools.
Assess guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to the attention of leadership or security. Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies. Restock bar and liquor and supplies.
Transport supplies to bar set-up area.
Complete opening and closing duties.
Create a warm, fun, atmosphere for guests.
Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests.
Follow all company policies.
Adhere to company sanitation procedures.
Follow all bar recipes to deliver a consistent product, control costs, and maximize guest satisfaction.
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
Verify through photo identification the legal drinking age of guests.
Reporting Structure
Reports directly to the Food & Beverage Leads and Supervisors.
Minimum Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Previous bartending or food service experience.
Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional.
Friendly, outgoing and aggressive personality, along with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
