Talent Acquisition Strategy Lead
Key Role:
Provide strategic talent acquisition consulting for cross-sector people priorities, influencing and supporting executive-level decision-making through superior thought leadership and professional expertise. Work with broader Centers of Expertise to build and leverage integrated talent plans. Connect throughout the business life cycle to understand anticipated demand, current business objectives, and future state business imperatives in addition to surface impacts while delivering solutions to the business. Lean in with firm leadership by monitoring demand, managing handoff requirements to talent acquisition delivery teams while removing obstacles for the delivery team to accelerate the hiring process, and the hiring activity pace and optimization. Operate with a deep understanding of team growth objectives, including short-, mid-, and longer-term, which includes enterprise priorities, contracts, bid strategies, and pipeline development. Work with the Talent COEs to drive attraction and conversion of critical talent, alternative candidate pipeline and programs, and internal and external trends that impact outcomes in hiring and internal placement. Be accountable for proactively identifying scalable solutions, process improvements, and greater efficiencies in hiring practices for the sector. Oversee enterprise and sector-specific talent development priorities in alignment with the overall firmwide talent management strategy, including direct consultation and facilitation for unique initiatives related to sector-specific business and talent needs. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
8+ years of experience with human capital consulting, recruiting, talent acquisition operations, and project management
Experience driving cross-functional teams to identify root causes of workforce and organizational challenges and develop integrated solutions
Experience working in an agile environment, prioritizing multiple work streams and stakeholder requests appropriately, and moving among differing tasks quickly
Ability to synthesize large amounts of information, identify trends and problems, recommend actionable solutions, and communicate findings to stakeholders and senior-level leadership
Ability to influence without authority and present data that drives others to take action
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with advanced and complex talent acquisition operations
Experience with navigating TA process and supporting technology
Experience with leading cross-functional collaboration for large, complex people programs, driving data analysis, setting and implementing strategy, and building alignment around a vision, stakeholder, and business leader communications
Experience with prioritizing needs with reason and solutions across multiple teams
Experience with delivering best practices, tools, and resources for organizational effectiveness, including resources for strategic integrators and organizational leaders using scalable, enterprise approaches
Possession of excellent storytelling skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
