TKO provides systems engineering, software development, data science and cloud development and engineering services to the Cyber Infrastructure Solutions customer. The services enable the Data Transformation, Malware Analysis, and Cyber Threat Intelligence processing and sharing capabilities for the customer, fulfilling mission objectives and offering actionable information to detect and mitigate cyber threats. The contract has several locations in Maryland and a small contingent in Texas.
The TKO program is seeking a Cloud/Linux Systems Administrator to support the DCS TTO Integration Team. This TTO involves the re-engineering of a deployable defensive sensor platform to a cloud-based, containerized solution. This position will support all the cloud environments, both unclassified and classified that are part of the overall DCS infrastructure footprint.
Required Skills/Experience:
• Cloud services experience (AWS, Azure); services provisioning, management of virtual services, familiarity with vendor Platform as a Service offerings
• Linux system administration and integration experience (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu)
• System monitoring and maintenance to include service upgrades and security patching and IAVA management
• Troubleshooting of services (Tier 1/2 level)
• Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Configuration management support, familiarity with Puppet/SIMP, Ansible, Salt, Chef
• Familiarity with configuration and workflow tools such as GitLab, Jira
**Funding anticipated by June. • RPM development, deployment, and upgrade experience • A High School Diploma or GED plus twenty (20) years of experience as a systems administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
OR
• A Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline plus fifteen (15) years of experience as a systems administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
