DUTIES:
Assist in drafting and reviewing customer contracts, subcontract agreements, vendor master agreements, vendor single project agreements, and service agreements.
Review all contractual liabilities, legalities, insurance, and risk allocation to determine whether the terms and conditions of the contracts are clearly defined and compliant.
Support the project start-up and close-out processes.
Enter timecards for project personnel into CMiC daily/weekly.
Perform primary review of any vendor-initiated modifications to master purchase order and subcontract agreements. Identify all changes that have been made and produce a draft response to the vendor.
Issue and maintain all purchase orders agreements. Ensure agreements are fully executed and received and logged/saved appropriately.
Process package and subcontractor invoices: verify packing lists against invoices and resolve any billing discrepancies with the Project Manager and vendor/subcontractor.
Enforce and track all insurance requirements and documentation.
Work with project managers and vendors/subcontractors to schedule returns and verify credits received for packages and subcontracts.
Run daily, weekly and monthly reports and sort and process various project documents.
Various admin duties: keeping project paperwork organized, documentation and tracking, filing and scanning, various project needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma required.
Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient individual able to complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
Provide outstanding customer service internally to our fellow employees, vendors, and customers.
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Knowledge of CMiC Software encouraged, but not required.
The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $50,000 and $65,000. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: location, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The role may also be eligible for vehicle allowance plan, bonus and benefits.
