Human Resources Manager needed for an international leasing start-up company located in Irvine CA.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage the entire recruitment process, from job postings and interviews to hiring and onboarding.
Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent.
Employee Relations:
Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
Conduct regular feedback sessions and employee surveys to improve satisfaction and retention.
Performance Management:
Implement performance appraisal systems, including goal setting and performance reviews.
Identify training needs and coordinate relevant programs to enhance employee skills.
Compliance and Policy Management:
Ensure compliance with employment laws and update HR policies and procedures as necessary.
Oversee employee benefits and compensation programs.
HR Strategy and Planning:
Align HR strategies with business objectives and develop initiatives to support company goals.
Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
HR Administration:
Oversee HR information systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to senior management.
Requirements:
MUST HAVE a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is highly desirable.
Minimum of 5-7 years of HR management experience.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software applications.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 Per Year
