This position is responsible for scaling and maintaining the framework of the Core Delivery Services unit. Accountable for internal core business processing applications and their integration to client-facing channels, internal business automation systems, and enterprise-level data and content repositories. Responsibilities:
Understands and complies with requirements of all laws and regulations applicable to the position. Provides direction to staff and association personnel in the use of the core delivery management, and ancillary solutions that have varying degrees of integration. Analyzes and evaluates optimization of core delivery configurations and integration framework and assesses the appropriate processing requirements and collaborate with the business to promote efficiency measures procedural changes and establish mitigating controls Activities include the conceptualization, development of integration framework between Core Delivery Services and enterprise level BI Delivery Services within the organization. Formulates logical statements of user requirements and develops solutions involving data processing systems of an electronic or manual nature through standardized application of process and delivery methodology. Maintains and applies core delivery management methodology and system/integration support, service, and development requirements in a consistent and reusable manner. Reviews and collaborates with the business on sign off for testing on all work prior to its incorporation into production or input into another project task. Responsible to collaborating with the individual business units to apply a scalable framework to support key objectives in Core Delivery Services to create scalable rails to support Automation, Collaboration, and Content Management practices. Maintains data, process standards and reports to management on critical change items, project progress, problems or detractors. Ensures adherence to SLA application servicing and business automation delivery to ensure minimal disruption of systems between each division and client facing delivery channels. Fulfills all requirements for establishing practices supporting data migration (acquisitions), data requests, reporting requirements and requires data validation, testing, quality control, and data integrity measures are followed. Develop and provide scalable and integrated enterprise core delivery solutions leveraging Precision to the BI Delivery Services (SharePoint, SQL, Oracle Data Warehouse, SSRS, as well as Cognos)Work with the Business Units and Core Systems Analysts to streamline processes and procedures, and develop them an effective means to collaborate and manage content more efficiently Accountable to ensure new users and application changes are communicated effectively to ensure processes are updated accordingly and reinforce optimization and standardization of application services/functionality. Work with Enterprise Delivery to prioritize development framework and delivery of application services, and resolution of integration gaps for critical business processes. Enforce standards and integrity are maintained for critical data, captured and presented to management for to ensure they are basing decisions from accurate and viable information. Implement, manage and monitor BI implementations Manages efforts and resources (internal and strategic) to troubleshoot and resolve core system and data integration issues Develop dashboards, scorecards, data feeds and advanced analytics to monitor performance of Core Delivery Service requests. Test, document and support core systems, databases, and applications and appropriate Change Control measures. Understand Key Performance Measures and Indicators that drive company strategic direction, measurement, reporting and analytics Collaborates with developers, stakeholders to define and establish Core Delivery Service components to support their vision, and analyze trade-offs between usability, scalability and performance needs Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum of 7 to 10 years of related work experience (to include Business Intelligence) within a Financial Institution. Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a supervisory/management position Extensive experience working with business intelligence and data warehousing tools, including Microsoft SQL Server 2008-R 2 & 2012, Integration Services (SSIS), Analysis Services (SSAS), and Reporting Services (SSRS)Must have experience with financial processing and payment systems, data analysis tools, data extraction, database queries/views, data mapping, and report writing tools Experience deploying analytic solutions utilizing SharePoint, offline analytics, and Mobile devices is a plus
