Staff membe... more detailsr will manage the Enterprise Azure cloud and on-premises authentication to include SSO configurations, ensure staff resources are in compliance with ANA standards, monitor and report on ANA endpoint services to include Microsoft 365, endpoint security, and OS/application patch status. Staff member will support operational and infrastructure architect tasking while providing first responder duties. The Senior Systems Engineer will recommend/implement process improvement opportunities in support of enhanced staff services and security to Enterprise resources.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical guidance and solution mitigation in support of ANA's ITSM ticketing system and its associated service requests as directed, includes first responder duties in the support of onsite hardware and services (networking, access points, conferencing equipment, etc.). Accountable for the Microsoft Azure and Active Directory service stack to include support of role-based access control requests, distribution and security container oversight, and SSO configurations. Manage the deployment and patching of endpoint operating systems and applications through use of approved ANA IT tools to include Microsoft Azure Update manager and mobility management (EMM Intune) services. Proactive in the research, enhancement, and/or deployment of products and services based on the Association's business and technical requirements.\Creation and publishing of monthly reports in support of application licensing, endpoint antivirus management, and endpoint OS and application patching. Perform other duties as assigned. Education:Bachelor's Degree and five (5) to seven (7) years specific IT-support experience OR ten (10) years IT-specific support and operations experience. Related Work Experience:5 years implementing and supporting Azure and Active Directory workstation environments and the Microsoft 365 portfolio of products . years managing Microsoft OS and software applications to include deployment, patching, and monitoring of endpoint services . years of experience in implementation and supporting Microsoft Windows 10 5 years working with IT and business stakeholders in research, planning, training, and deployment of enterprise grade applications . years working with Microsoft Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI). Experience working with Cisco & Meraki networking components and services. Experience managing security appliances to include Web Application Firewalls. Experience with implementing and supporting Azure based services & technologies
