We’re actively seeking a talented System Analytics Engineer who will be responsible for the delivery of the Identity and Access Management (IdAM) compliance and operational analytics. 

In this role you will develop and implement a holistic data and reporting framework based on system analytics considering the IdAM Istrategy, security, risk, and regulatory requirements. You will also collaborate and coordinate with the IdAM platform owners to ensure the requirements are clearly defined and established timelines are met. Finally, you will work to improve and track the maturity of the services showing increased adoption, usage, and value-add.


How you’ll help move us forward:

• Serve as the IdAM System Analytics owner
• Build analytics and business intelligence solutions and capabilities by gathering data from various IdAM platforms
• Identify, collect, analyze, and maintain data to evaluate issues that provide insight into IdAM related services and support prospective program decisions
• Technical lead for the capabilities leveraged to present and distribute the information
• Define requirements for data storage and analytical data models
• Create reporting/dashboard solutions to communicate effectively across all teams and stakeholders
• Contribute and collaborate within the department in accomplishing assignments and prioritizing tasks effectively working with your peers
• Create and maintain documentation that includes the design, requirements, and user guides
• Identify and escalate risks to management appropriately
• Maintain quality assurance and quality controls to ensure IdAM services and data are inline
• Learn the core IdAM services and how they are leveraged throughout the enterprise to further drive and define the enterprise security analytics

The experience you bring:

• BA/BS in related fields such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Visualization
• CISSP, CISM, CISA or other relevant security certifications and knowledge of ISO and NIST security standards preferred
• Experience in analytics, data warehousing, business analysis, and/or BI reporting and dashboards or combination of relevant college coursework and experience
• Experience in working on analytical projects with diverse teams and developing data driven and outcome-based initiatives
• Experience developing easy-to-use, interactive, and visually appealing data visualizations
• Experience with procedures and methods for testing business functions
• Experience in data extraction, data manipulation, analysis and reporting
• Experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools)
• Experience with tools/languages such as Python, Java Script, PowerShell
• Software Development Life Cycle and development concepts
• Demonstrate curiosity to understand how systems function and their importance within the company

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
