How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
This role is responsible for all office functions within the location. In this role you will work closely with production associates, shipping and receiving, ASG and regional gas coordinators to ensure all expectations are being met.
This position is responsible for providing courteous customer service to both internal and external customers via heavy email interaction with a fair amount of phone interaction as well.
Note: The job functions for this location are shared and can fluctuate. Candidate must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
Hours are 7am - 4pm with a 1 hour lunch break
Daily job functions:
Schedule production orders
Create and PGI deliveries
Extending part numbers to production as requested
Maintain and manage the RAN log (Return Authorization Number)
Handle all rush orders including maintaining rush log and follow up on all rush orders
Communicate to customers (internal and external) of Late Order Notifications
Communicate to customers (internal and external) for Customer Concessions
Scan all deliveries for imagine
Scan all BOLs for imaging
Maintain all production and shipping files.
Create and maintain all purchase requisitions and order status’
Receive all incoming products from vendors, customers and internal transfers
Edit orders when requested
Communicate to Plant Manager when issues arise related to capabilities
Manage Full Inventory to make sure customer needs are met
Maintain stock levels sufficient to take care of normal customer demand
Reports
Miscellaneous
Log customer complaints into Intelex when required
Maintain all local files according to record retention rules
Provide backup support
Submit credit requests when needed
Assist with international orders
Exhibits customer focused behavior by striving to understand the customers needs for both internal and external customers
Other duties as assigned by the plant manager and direct supervisor

Are you a MATCH?
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with difficult situations in a diplomatic and professional manner
Excellent analytical and creative problem solving skills with the ability to make independent decisions based on investigation.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Positive approach and willingness to learn coupled with the ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work independently and under some pressure to meet deadlines
Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications
Accept and adapt to procedural changes
