Job Abstract

Job Summary:

Oversees the coordinated program and practice operations of FHH Breast Services and the FHMG Breast Center. As a program expert, the Manager of Breast Services works to optimize, and expand relationships, resources, and services that contribute to the clinical outcomes of the patient and financial success of the program. The Manager is responsible for the operational excellence of all practice and program offerings, and actively participates in strategic, operational and capital planning. Acts as a liaison between the Breast Center and its internal, external, and community partners. Serves as the dyad partner to the Medical Director of Breast Services, and provides direct supervision to the Breast Center staff. Ensures the practice is aligned with Frederick Health and Frederick Health Medical Group strategic goals and initiatives, as well as those of the Cancer Care Service Line. The Manager of Breast Services serves as a part of the Cancer Care Service Line team and as such works alongside, and in collaboration with, all Cancer Care Service Line leadership.

Minimum Education, Training, and Experience Required:
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field. Master's degree preferred. BSN and/or MSN preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and lead cross-functional clinical teams. Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Experience in program development and coordination preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced level computer skills. In-depth experience with electronic health records helpful.
• CPR certified.
