G.I. Services The Sales Administrator assists sales efforts of the Account Manager, Operations Managers and Market Development Manager. These duties include, but are not limited to assigning sales leads that come through our web site, call center, employee referrals, customer referrals, and Sales Force Sales Campaigns. Support field sales with inputting Sales Force data updates, generating job proposals, developing and responding to “Requests for Proposals”. Finally, the Sales Administrator will be responsible for generating performance sales reports for the purpose of commission execution.
Job Description
Accepting, reviewing, archiving and managing customer service contracts, as necessary.
Entering work order submission, with accuracy.
Following WO order set up procedures.
Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information
Updates and maintains customer database by entering information with inquires.
On-boarding and Creating customer profiles for new accounts in CRM.
Scan contracts into tracking system.
Enter contract terms into tracking system.
Meets or exceeds service quality and productivity goals set for the position.
Researching/Creating customer back up information packets.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Supporting the sales commissions process by providing relevant reports and audits.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
2-3 years’ experience in maintenance environment.
Experience commissions calculations and reporting.
General knowledge of sales process.
Excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Great customer service attitude, communication skills and the ability to work with a variety of people.
Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
Exposure to dust, smoke, fumes, odors, & noise continuously.
Exposure to grease, oil, chemicals, & wet conditions occasionally.
Works inside only. Position considered office only.
Salary: $21.98 - $29.30
