We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Knowledge Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and managing Knowledge Graphs, establishing Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships, enabling customer success, creating compelling use cases, and generating customer-centric collateral. The role demands a scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with opinionated thinking and excellent presentation skills.
Nice to have: Well-versed in state-of-the-art methods used in LLM applications, preferably in the biomedical field.
Responsibilities:
1.) Knowledge Graph Development:
- Design and implement robust Knowledge Graphs to enhance data representation in the life sciences domain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate diverse data sources into the Knowledge Graph.
2.) Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Relationships:
- Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in the life sciences and drug discovery domains.
- Leverage KOL insights to inform and enhance our products and services.
3.) Use Case Development:
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to identify and define use cases for our products and services.
- Develop detailed use case documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.
4.) Collateral Creation:
- Generate high-quality collateral, including white papers, case studies, and presentations, to effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.
- Tailor collateral for different customer segments and communication channels.
- Present at conferences, webinars
- PhD in bioinformatics / PhD in computer and data science and related fields but with required biological or biomedical exposure / MS in afore mentioned fields with additional industry experience.
- Strong coding skills, with proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
- Working knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications in the life sciences.
- Experience in building and maintaining KOL relationships.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience working with sales & field teams.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Opinionated thinker with the ability to drive discussions and decisions.
