Top 3 Job Duties:
Concierge for Coaches & Partners (Employees) they coach
Concierge for Regional Managers and Partners in their region
Concierge for new Partners to provide an on-ramp into PCP (Partners Coaching Partners)
Job Responsibilities:
Communication
Send follow-up communication between Coach & Partners, including coaching call reminders, recaps, and assignments due
Send coaching notes and checklists to Coaches in preparation for coaching calls
Send reminders to Coaches & Partners for the weekly PCP Webinar series
Send reminders to Coaches & Partners to complete Theme Day phone calls
Send information & reminders to Coaches & Partners regarding upcoming Impact events, Team Building events, Sales Sprints, etc.
Send coaching resources & materials to Partners and Coaches, upon request
Phone calls to Partners for feedback on their coaching group & calls
Consistent communication with other UHM departments (Travel, Marketing, IT, Reporting, etc) for project management and completion
Consistent communication with UHM Regional Managers to provide resources for the Partners in their region
Organization
Collect homework from Partners and organize for Coaches
Collect 6-month goal sheets from Partners at beginning of coaching semesters
Collect semi-annual reviews and commitments from Partners at end of coaching semesters
Collect feedback and survey results from Partners throughout the coaching semester and following events
Maintain library of coaching resources in PCP Library
Maintain & update lists in Excel and other platforms
Maintain & update multiple reports with coaching data
Managing multiple projects, including PCP Impact events, Team Building events, Sales Sprints, etc.
Schedule any additional 1-on-1 coaching calls requested by Partners
Schedule physical or virtual site visits for each coaching group
Schedule and prepare for Impact Events, Team Building events, Sales Sprints, etc.
Job Measurements:
1. Coaching Checklists / Reports submitted every two weeks to measure Partner attendance & production growth
2. Leadership Updates / Regional Reports presented monthly to track Partner engagement & development
3. Scoreboard completed daily to measure LO participation & program growth
Qualifications
Education & Qualifications:
1-2 years of office or customer service experience preferred
College degree preferred
Licensing not required
