Job Abstract

Job Type: Temporary

Pay Rate: $31.93 per hour

Work Hours: Must be flexible to work either the 2nd shift (1PM-9:30PM) or the 3rd shift (9PM-5:30AM) based on business needs.

• Operate general manufacturing equipment in accordance with SOPs.

• Perform tasks such as filling and labeling vials, buffer and media preparation, filtration, vial preparation, and sterilization under both sterile and non-sterile conditions.

• Conduct critical small or large volume sterile fills and aseptic manipulations.

• Optimize the use of complex systems and equipment with minimal supervision.

• Troubleshoot processing problems and assist in implementing production procedures to enhance manufacturing processes.

• Participate in plant trials for process evaluations and attend meetings related to new product transfers.

• Prepare monthly operating reports for performance analysis.

• Author complex documentation for manufacturing operations.

• Train new personnel in specific technical processes.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 2-3 years of manufacturing experience.

• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.

• Ability to operate complex manufacturing equipment with minimal supervision.

• Strong troubleshooting skills.

• Flexibility to work 2nd or 3rd shift as required.

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs (16 kg).

Pay Details: $31.93 per hour
