Job Description:
As a member of the technology development group, you will be working on next generation FPGA technology development.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Next generation FinFet devices and memories test chip development and characterization
- Characterize SRAM bias modes and define SAFE operating area.
- Characterize ESD and latch-up design rules
- Provide quarterly reports on SPICE and interconnect model health.
- Provide regular feedback on process development progress based on device level characterization
- You will own and implement electrical characterization of a variety of semiconductor devices.
- Bench characterization and etest development of FinFet devices.
- You will employ strong data analytical skills in automating data analysis to generate clear and concise data reports.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess BS degree with 10+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering or a related field with an emphasis in device physics and the operation of MOSFETs
- Strong knowledge of solid state physics, SRAM memories and ESD protection schemes is a plus.
- Knowledge of JMP software or other data analysis and statistical tools
- Knowledge of layout and SPICE simulators
- Experience in the operation and automation of semiconductor instrumentation.

The annual base salary range for this position, which could be performed in California, is $66,560 - $232,000.*
*Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
