What You Can Expect
We are actively seeking a Senior Trade Show Manager to oversee our participation in third-party trade shows worldwide. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with high-tech trade shows, conferences, and events, coupled with a passion for driving success. This role involves coordinating Marvell’s engagements across various functions to set goals, develop content, and devise promotion strategies, manage budgets, and handle all logistics. You will leverage your exceptional project management skills to conduct pre-event reviews, communicate post-event follow-ups, optimize lead generation opportunities, determine event ROI, and ensure all stakeholders collaborate effectively to deliver high-quality events.
- Project manage all trade shows from start to finish, with each having different project milestones and deadlines.
- Research and identify trade shows and conferences for potential attendance and develop an execution plan.
- Establish relationships with industry associations and event/trade show teams.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop pre- and post-show communication and execute plans.
- Create event specifications, promotion plans, and budgets for each event, and conduct post-event spend and overall analysis.
- Identify and explore opportunities for co-marketing campaigns with partners.
- Track prospect and customer engagement along with other metrics to measure the effectiveness and ROI of each event.
- Attribute leads, pipeline, and revenue directly to measure the ROI of your programs and communicate results to the team and company.
What We're Looking For
- BA in Business related field
- 5 or more years’ experience in domestic and international trade shows to include prior experience leading teams.
- Travel both global and domestically – up to 25%
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; experience developing strong working relationship with internal partners, third party vendors, and customers.
- Ability to interface seamlessly with a global, multicultural team, with excellent collaboration skills, culturally sensitive, and can adjust to communication style to various audiences.
- Ability to travel to event location specific to each program assigned.
- Demonstrate event planning and event management best practices.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and track record of successful execution of multiple events with competing priorities.
- Exceptional program, project, and time management skills.
- Highly organized, detailed focused, results-driven, accountable with the ability to handle stress and last-minute, urgent requests.
- Consultative approach to questions, concerns, and issues.
- Excellent budgeting, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
102,620 - 153,700, $ per annum
The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
