Fox Dealer is seeking an Entry Level Customer Implementation Specialist to join our onboarding team. As the Customer Implementation Specialist, you own a critical point in the customer journey: the first impression. That means you must be passionate about Fox Dealer and delivering the best possible customer experience. You must be proactive and effective in communicating with our customers, as well as be highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once.
You are technically adept and focus on the details while keeping holistic insight into the bigger picture. Not only are you committed to producing high-quality work, you are able to work within the constraints of deadlines to provide our clients with exceptional service.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee the implementation of new products, including website builds and website add-on widgets
Own account updates, customer revisions and concerns, and handle multiple projects while honing your organization skills
Identify roadblocks and work with multiple teams and vendors to come up with solutions to keep projects moving forward
Adhere to strict SLAs regarding product launch timelines while delivering superior customer service
Become autonomous in problem solving and navigating customer concerns
Create project records and cases in SalesForce and log all customer communications promptly
Work cross functionally with multiple teams to ensure flawless execution of product onboarding with a seamless transition of products to customer support teams post-launch
What You Need:
