We are seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to support our virtual reality/mixed reality entertainment experiences. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to drive outbound go-to-market efforts for entertainment and partner experiences on. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple workstreams, liaising with both internal and external partners, and driving successful campaign executions.
This role is primarily operational and supports the execution of strategies. Candidates should be prepared for a hands-on role that requires excellent organizational and project management skills.
Responsibilities: - Own and execute the go-to-market process for entertainment applications in collaboration with content and partnerships teams.
- Guide asset development and manage asset logistics with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop marketing strategies that retain and expand our target audience, leveraging insights from research and analysis.
- Perform lightweight copywriting for marketing promotions, including notifications and posts.
- Act as a central point of coordination ("air traffic control") for various operational tasks, ensuring smooth execution and communication across teams.
Qualifications: - BA or BS degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in product marketing, with a preference for backgrounds in entertainment or media organizations.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing work back schedules and identifying gaps.
- Experience in horizontal and vertical communication across multiple functions and teams.
- Comfortable working with external teams and managing multiple internal teams.
Preferred Skills: - Ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain positive relationships with team members and external partners.
- Experience in marketing operations or as a marketing project manager is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with the entertainment media landscape is preferred but not required.
Pay range is $53 - $58 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
