ManTech is currently seeking a Senior Manager of Strategic Talent Acquisition Channels to join our Enterprise recruiting organization. This position will be hybrid in nature, requiring you to be onsite at ManTech Corporate Headquarters in Herndon, VA at least 2 days a week, while also allowing you to enjoy the benefits of working from home.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Managing the full recruitment life cycle for Strategic TA Channels, to include, Military, Referral, Alumni, Diversity outreach AND Early Careers
Developing data-driven reports regarding recruiting activity, hiring results, competitive analysis, and opportunities for improvement.
Staying informed and sharing knowledge on recruiting trends, best practices, tools, and valuable competitive intelligence
Leading a team of 5+ team members
Partnering with leadership from our Innovation and Capabilities Office to ensure alignment to our technology focus areas.
Ensuring a diverse pipeline of talent of critical talent practices
Crafting creative methods to boost the company’s brand on university campuses, through partnerships and collaboration with various professional, community, and student organizations
Liaising with the Executive Director of EEO/Employee Relations & Diversity to document, track and measure all college diversity outreach efforts.
Develop recruiting best practices, hiring plans, and strategies to attract active and passive job seekers
Utilize ManTech People Analytics tools to determine and report on the status of applicant pipelines and to prioritize Recruiter areas of focus
Train and develop your team on current and future sourcing best practices and strategies
Consult with Division Managers and their leadership teams to understand their talent acquisition needs and drive strategic sourcing and recruitment of technical and analytical professionals
Support strategic business development opportunities by developing tailored talent acquisition strategies
Ensure that the WorkDay applicant tracking system is maintained and applicants are contacted, screened, interviewed and dispositioned in a timely manner, in accordance with OFCCP guidelines
Minimum Requirements:
Must be a U.S. citizen
15 or more years of full life-cycle talent acquisition experience preferably with experience
8 or more years of experience managing and mentoring a team of talent acquisition professionals, with 5 years of experience specifically leading teams focused on TA Channels, to include, Early Career, University, Diversity, Military, Employee Referrals and Alumni recruiting
Requires a bachelor’s degree. 6 additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for a degree
Demonstrated experience in all aspects of full life cycle recruiting to include, but not limited to sourcing, qualifying/screening candidates, networking, OFCCP compliance, job analysis, salary trend analysis, and relationship management
Experience managing a budget greater than 2 million
Additional Qualifications:
Ability to analyze complex data sets to develop and communicate narratives and action plans to your team and sector stakeholders
Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to facilitate presentations in front of an audience
Demonstrated initiative with the ability to work well under tight deadlines\
Demonstrated ability to utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify talent (i.e. complex Boolean strings in Google, Chrome extensions, etc)
The projected compensation range for this position is $119,100-$173,900. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
