DESCRIPTION
Amazon Web Services is seeking a Program Manager to join the Enablement team to drive change and collaboration at a global scale. This high visibility role will develop programs and processes for a global audience while also owning execution of each initiative individually and/or in concert with cross-functional team members.
The role will support an industry field organization, where you will have an opportunity to combine a passion for problem solving, creating scalable mechanisms, facilitating sales productivity programs (live and virtually), and enthusiasm for technology to drive learning and establish positive stakeholder relationships with new and tenured field employees.
This role also leverages cross functional resources and internal teams, including business operations, sales leadership/management, project/program managers, and marketing, in order to gain leverage, drive programs and business impact.
AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in business-process design or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
- Experience with data visualization software (e.g., AWS QuickSight or Tableau) or open-source project
- 5+ years of enablement experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $79,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $169,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
