The candidate is expected to complete laboratory experiments and conduct production work by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for manual/automated production/assembly in compliance with relevant regulations and Standard Operating Procedures
- Maintain good written records of laboratory procedures, results and conclusions. Adhere to and accurately complete all production-related documentation.
- Participate in the writing/change in documentation as well as the initiation in production-related deviations and nonconformities.
- Contribute to new product implementation.
- Contribute to cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to and support department/corporate goals.
- Supports projects within his/her expertise and experience. Develops and improves new skills and knowledge necessary to successfully support assigned projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
- May need to work in shifts as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 1 years of related work experience.
- Ability to understand working process of robotic systems.
- Have good computer skills to operate equipment under software control.
- Ability to plan the use of equipment, materials and personal time, and to complete production-related documentation accurately.
- In-Depth knowledge of job tasks; general to minimal supervision required.
- Ability to understand and perform task in clean environment including but not limited to decontamination of workspace, aseptic/sterile techniques.
- Able to complete and review production-related documentation accurately.
- Basic mathematical skills are required; understanding of metric volumes and measures is required.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software. Computer skills are required for day-to-day tasks.
- Ability to quickly change priorities and multi-task while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Physically capable to perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is frequently required work standing for extended periods of time and sometimes may need to lift 50LB.
