Job Description
Key Accountabilities.
- Lead the development and execution for your accounts vision and strategy.
- Develop account executive relationships (C-Level) to drive a win-win strategy for client.
- Work with our Large-Deal group to drive big deal opportunities within accounts.
- Maintain and improve GM’s every quarter.
- Customer engagements will include F2F meetings with 50% travel per month.
- Lead the overall sales management process and execution for the key accounts.
- Establish MSA and SOW in new areas of your accounts
- Deliver account Month and Quarterly revenue for the NAM region along with 15%-20% YOY revenue growth.
- Expected to generate initiative-taking proposals to external clients within accounts.
- Work with our delivery partners in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction within your accounts.
- Drive and create prospects to deliver FY revenue target and expand into our solutions to ensure increased GM and YOY revenue growth goals are met.
- Lead RFP’s while working with the bid response team for accounts
Profile:
We are looking for a successful candidate who wants to join a team where they can really deliver success and influence the strategy for the business. We want candidates who are excited about driving sales and can bring leadership to the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the industries such, such as in telecommunications. This experience will ideally have been gained within a national technology business such as in IT or Engineering Services. Working knowledge of Contract T&C’s, Pricing Models/ Outsourcing models, and 3rd Party Partnerships.
Overall, 5-10 years of sales experience, with minimum of 5+ years of industry experience with Tier 1 NEPs or CSPs. Willing to travel at least 50% per month for F2F customer engagements.
In addition, the successful person will possess the following:
- The ability to manage growth and change in a national environment.
- Deep experience of telecommunication markets and relevant industry experience around the type of work and services Cyient offers.
- Strong understanding of communication networks (FTTx and HFC), wireless (3/4/5G), and OSS
- Has driven new technological initiatives with the carriers, developed market plans, supported customers with the team of SME’s and developed strategy to support customer and market.
- Experience of managing strategic change and bringing new services and solutions to market.
- Leadership and people management experience
