ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following but are not limited to:
Review and approve Third-Party Origination (TPO) Candidates to ensure the Candidate meets all requirements for approval and agency guidelines.
Responsible for the de-activation of Partners and accounts when applicable.
Resource and point of contact for AEs and TPO Partners.
Follow up with TPO candidates as needed to ensure timely completion of applications or renewal.
Create reporting, track, and communicate to TPO Partners regarding prospects, applications, renewals, approvals, and termination.
Responsible for maintaining master contact lists of internal and external TPO Partners.
Communicate to AEs and TPO leadership.
Execute on boarding routine for all new TPO Partners, make sure all welcome material is communicated, make any account changes as necessary throughout relationship, send rate sheets.
Set up credentials for all TPO Partners.
Set up credentials inside IDS, ENC, and UHMGo.
Upload TPO rosters and contacts in ZUHM.
Responsible for 3rd Party Processing Company approvals, renewals, and/or De-Activation.
Responsible for Warehouse providers Approvals, Renewals, and/or De-Activation.
Execute the VA Sponsorship Process including Approvals, Renewals, and/or De-Activation.
Assist with Mailing VA Sponsorships to VA.
Assist with Renewal Process, audits and tracking for all TPO Partners.
Assist with NMLS and Encompass to ensure compliance with the SAFE Act, regulatory requirements, and company guidelines.
Assist with sorting through mail, scanning documents, and sending mail to the appropriate contact.
Assist in completion of audits, administrative, and clerical projects as deemed necessary.
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or equivalent.
Prior administrative or customer service experience is preferred.
Prior mortgage or financial services experience preferred but not required.
Access, input, retrieve and interpret information using applicable computer systems (including but not limited to: Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
SKILLS
Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to adapt and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong relationship and team building skills.
Ability to work independently and problem solve.

Working knowledge of the NMLS and Licensing Requirements.
