Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- 1+ years of experience with Provider Data Services as a current or past employee of United Healthcare
- 1+ years of experience with NDB in a position as a current or past employee of United Healthcare
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Word
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel (ability to perform data entry and use sort/filter option)
- Ability to be on the phone 70% of the workday(outreaches to providers)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare experience
- 1+ years of Data Entry experience
- Medical claims processing experience
- Previous experience loading provider contracts
