IT Analyst Lead OTC (Order to cash) is responsible for assisting in software implementation, and managing Sherwin’s oracle financial product delivery team with respect to Accounts receivables, Cash, General ledger, Credit and collections, account reconciliation and integrations with boundary applications. The incumbent will lead a team of business analysts and partner with the Business Transformation team, Global Business Owners, and other DT teams to execute the rollout of Oracle ERP cloud across the globe. The role will be responsible for working in a hybrid agile environment, leading sprint sessions, assisting in gathering user requirements and configuring and testing the ERP system within the Oracle ecosystem and across to boundary systems in the Global finance products Arena. Provide product expertise and business knowledge to ensure the solution is configured & leveraged to SW’s best advantage, while also researching Oracle cloud solutions that will elevate the user experience. Proven solution management and communication skills, problem-solving skills, SOX requirements, project/implementation experience and knowledge of best practices are critical to successful performance in this role. In conjunction with working with our internal employees, this role will also work closely with our multiple consulting partners/external hires, software vendors and will require strong knowledge of Sherwin practices, processes, and culture.
