Financial Program Manager V Onsite
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee project lifecycle from estimation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
Engage in detailed project scheduling, tracking, and reporting to ensure project milestones are met.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Lead implementation planning within large organizations, focusing on efficiency and minimal disruption to business processes.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners at various levels within the organization, ensuring smooth project execution.
Collaborate with the corporate financial business planning team within the CFO organization to develop financial systems and tools for budget planning, forecasting, and long-range planning.
Utilize a mix of third-party software and internal technology stacks, including Oracle Enterprise Management (EPM), Enterprise Data Management (EDM), Hive, and internal UX/UI components.
Lead finance transformation initiatives, transitioning from on-premises solutions to cloud-based systems.
Required Skills:
Demonstrated experience in project/program management, including project estimation, scheduling, and tracking.
Strong ability to quickly understand business processes and effectively interact with business partners.
Proficient in working with both internal and external stakeholders to assess project dependencies, prioritize tasks, and drive projects to completion.
Skilled in creating detailed presentations, maintaining project trackers, and providing progress updates.
Excellent organizational and presentation skills.
Preferred Experience:
Previous roles such as Project Manager, Financial Associate, or Technical Program Manager.
Experience in corporate finance and working within a CFO organization is highly desirable.
Work Environment:
This role requires a proactive and adaptable individual capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
The candidate should be prepared to work closely with various teams to understand data and analytical needs and identify solutions to address them.
Pay range is $128 - $133 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
