Responsibilities
Information Technology Support responsibilities for our existing system(s) may include:
Review, Verification and Validation of Scanned Documents into a self-hosted electronic Official Personnel Folder (eOPF) application.
Prepare personnel folders for scanning.
Ensure quality (image legibility) and accuracy of indexed data.
“Paper to image” quality control (QC) process.
Validate that the digitized versions are of suitable quality to replace original source records which leads to the destruction of the paper OPF.
The verification and validation process for image quality must ensure Overall image quality, Legibility, Completeness, Alignment and Unitization.
The verification and validation process for correct indexing must ensure all fields are indexed according to the Conversion Business Rules (SSN, Form Number, Form Title, Form Type, NOA Code 1, NOA Code 2, Effective Date, etc.).
Any errors found must be corrected before delivering the data to eOPF.
Create and maintain a suite of regular reports to update stakeholders on customer metrics.
Provide monthly metrics for scanning activity, such as average scan time, total forms scanned, etc.
Full time work in SCIF is required, but hours are flexible. Telework and/or hybrid is not available.
Qualifications
2 years with BS/BA; 0 years with MS/MA; 6 years with no degree
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a field of study applicable to the position with 2+ years of relevant experience. Additional 4 years experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Requires a TS/SCI with Polygraph OR TS clearance adjudication and ability to obtain SCI and pass a poly
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong numerical, analytic, and Microsoft Excel skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative to do what is needed to achieve learning goals.
Demonstrates ability to communicate with individuals at many different levels from within and from outside of the organization.

Target Salary Range
$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
