Responsibilities Include
· Primary responsibilities include the monitoring &management of an assigned contract manufacturer focusing on specific productlines. Duties required are to supportclear-to-build readiness, material escalation support for any criticalshortages and overall cost efficiencies.
· Responsible for monitoring material / inventoryanalysis at supplier
· Monitor Excess and Obsolescence
· Create and monitor Key Performance Indicators toensure continuity of supply and continuous improvement planning.
· Approve any PPV claims.
· Negotiate product and NRE costs with assignedsupplier. Evaluate value-add costs withother quotes to ensure best-in-class pricing is achieved.
· Provide critical eye on the data integrity used insuppliers ERP. Ensure that all standardcosts, lead-times and MOQ’s are accurate to help minimize any Siemens financialexposure.
· Provide the first point of escalation for any criticalmaterial shortages. Assist in escalatingto Commodity Mgmt. or search other Siemens sites/suppliers to close any gaps.
· Monitor the execution of all forecast changes toensure on-time delivery or limit excess liability when working with supplier.
· Lead Quarterly Business Reviews. Champion to internal/external teams toprepare agenda and presentation of performance scores.
· Work with Commodity Management, Engineering/Qualityand R & D for any projects or escalation issues needing their attention orsupport.
· Own this supply source. Drive continuous improvement to make thatsource the best within Siemens DI SW. (Cost, Quality, Responsiveness, Support and Performance)
· Other duties as required to assist in the expansionand growth of the business.
Education & Experience
- BS or BA degree from an accredited 4-year college or university.
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Procurement. Ideally with excessive experience in working with global EMS/Contract Manufacturers
- Experience in vendor management process and working with contract manufacturers
- Proven procurement experience, project management skills, and capable to work with cross functional teams.
- Background working with PDM tools (Arena or Agile) and ERP systems
- Must be detail oriented, analytical, process savvy, customer focused, and adaptable to business needs
- Travel ~10% (Local/International)

The salary range for this position is $99,000 to$178,200 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actualcompensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location aswell as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, andrelevant education/training.
