The position is located in Riverside, CA and the expected salary for the role is $80,100 - $84,000.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Experience Managing teams up to 20 employees.
- Utilize World Class Manufacturing techniques to drive operational results and performance measures.
- Ability to coach and lead teams to achieve performance, quality, cost, and service goals.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and practices.
- Administrative duties related to production and quality performance.
- Design, monitor, and maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain a high level of customer service for retail and public customers.
- Cultivate a positive and innovative work environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in chemistry or AA degree in chemistry or related scientific field or 3+ years’ experience in direct supervision in a food manufacturing environment.
- 1 years’ experience with Plant Safety Programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of manufacturing regulations regarding safety, quality, HACCP and GMP's.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and team building skills.
- Ability to analyze cost performance data to improve operations and reduce costs.
- Must be comfortable at giving and receiving open feedback.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn and proficiently use software such as Safety Chain and other company internal software (M3, SharePoint, teams, common MS Office programs)
- Must possess the following traits: proactive, risk taker, courage, and the ability to accept change.
- Proven ability to define performance measures related to the business and hold associates accountable to the same.
- Understanding of wet vs. dry cleaning and when each is appropriate
- Experience with managing a master sanitation program
- Pest Control knowledge
- Excellent organizational skills with a high degree of initiative and flexibility.
