This role will partner with lines of business to orchestrate intake and leadership reviews of Generative AI use cases. The role will also collaborate with data science and technology teams as they collectively deliver GenAI solutions to the lines of business.

Lead the strategy and resolution of the most complex and significant development and execution of digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact across multiple areas or the enterprise
Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale, broad-reaching, and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
Coordinate highly complex activities and resolution
Provide vision, leadership, and industry expertise regarding digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area
Influence, digital strategy for the business line or enterprise that significantly impacts the organization's business and financial operations
Strategically lead all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise
Serve as an expert advisor to leadership
Represent the company externally in industry networking and trade and technical events
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years of experience driving efforts at a large enterprise
1+ years of AI experience, either in a product management, technology or consulting capacity
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge of AI/ML technologies, specifically Large Language Models
Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban in a multi-team environment
Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with business, technology and risk teams
Demonstrated experience delivering results in an ambiguous and changing environment, the ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
Ability to function effectively under pressure in environments of rapid change and conflicting demands and crisis management
Demonstrated continuous improvement, quality methodology and project/operations delivery skills
Strong leadership skills and demonstrated creative problem-solving skills
Demonstrated strong quantitative, analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Excellent communication skills across; ability to communicate complex, technical concepts to executive staff, business sponsors and technical resources in clear concise language
Strong customer management and negotiation skills and the ability to mediate opposing viewpoints and articulate the advantages of standards in a technical environment.
Demonstrated passion for innovation and/or entrepreneurship.
