The Lake County Captains are seeking someone to provide positively outrageous service to guests in the brand new Grab & Go area during all Captains home games at Classic Auto Group Park. They will assist with set-up, serving guests, and cleanup at the conclusion of the event. Candidates must be professional, helpful, and enthusiastic to excel at this job.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide accurate and quick service for all guests
Set up equipment and supplies in Grab & Go area
Maintain the cleanliness of the Grab & Go area
Communicate with the Director of Food & Beverage and F&B Team about inventory and what needs to be restocked
Provide superior guest service
Responsibly serve alcohol to fans and adhere to State and Local liquor laws
Take pride as a Cashier - greet guests, resolve issues, answer guest questions, etc.
Knowledge and Abilities:
Excellent guest service and communication skills
Ability to perform assigned tasks promptly and with minimal supervision
Qualifications:
Must be 21+ years of age
Possess a friendly and outgoing personality
Must work flexible hours that include days, evenings, weekends and holidays
Compensation: $10.45/hr plus gratuity
